RELEASE, DEEP MASSAGE

It’s all about giving your muscles back the flexibility and movement they deserve. Because of the type of life we have to live, we often forget that we have more space, we get used to having limited flexibility and living with pain permanently.

Seriously, many times after a massage I’ve been told things like, “I didn’t remember I had a neck” or “I didn’t know my arm had so much elasticity.” Through this massage you not only free your muscles, it also helps a lot to relieve stress.

This massage is about unloading your muscle in depth to give back to the body everything I just told you.
A person receives a Holistic Deep Tissue Massage from a therapist face down on a massage table, focusing on the therapeutic hands by applying pressure.

How do I do it?

Through massage therapy, I manipulate the muscle, with varying degrees of pressure and movement. Since this massage is specific to help the release of the muscle, achieving the elasticity of the adhesions in the muscle-fascial complexes, becoming very effective.

To achieve total relief and flexibility of the muscle I also use TCM tools, the gua-sa, the horn and the cupping, very soon I will talk about these tools.

A therapist uses a black massage tool on a client's bare back, focusing on a specific point in the deep tissue. The client is lying down, covered with a pink towel.

My essentials, essential oils, I have a post where I talk about them. For this massage, I always use rosemary essence and tea tree.

Arnica extract, because if you have pain it is a good ally to relieve it.

Previously, as always, I cleanse my space of energy. Since what I’m telling you about is a ceremony, where the priority is harmony through purification through sage, in this post, I’ll tell you about the properties of sage. Hygiene is always my top priority.

Can it hurt?

The pressure that has to be exerted to release the muscle can be annoying for some individuals. There is the possibility that some discomfort will be dragged the next day, being the immediate reduction of the problems of the treated muscles.

Proceeds

  • It relieves muscle soreness as it releases tension from sore muscles. Causing them to relax, which can prevent the recurrence of muscle soreness and tension in the future.

  • Relaxation and well-being. By performing slow and intense movements, you manage to reach deep layers of the muscle, achieving a state of true relaxation.

  • Athletic performance. Increasing the reabsorption of toxins, favoring venous return and the diffusion of lactic acid to the lymphatic system. They eliminate fatigue and relax the athlete.

  • Improved muscle mobility. With manipulations, the muscle vessels dilate, increasing the temperature, giving the muscle a range of mobility.

  • Activates circulation. Since it eliminates waste substances, activating blood and lymphatic circulation, producing an improvement in blood filtration, favoring the acceleration of circulation.
