blues&#8221; or &#8220;post-holiday depression&#8221;.<br \/>\nThis phenomenon is not simply a myth or an exaggeration; For many people, the end of the holidays triggers a series of negative emotions that can affect their emotional well-being and their ability to effectively reintegrate into the routine.<br \/>Today I write about the emotional impact that can arise after the holidays, the symptoms and causes of post-vacation syndrome, and strategies to manage it effectively.<br \/>\nI will also discuss how this phenomenon varies according to personal, social, and cultural factors, and how it
